It's not the number of customers that grows, it's the UA and C1 metrics that improve

When you need to increase the number of customers, you actually need to improve business processes. 

The first one is related to attracting potential customers, the UA metric is related to it, and it is the one you need to increase. But remember, you can only do this for positive CM margins, otherwise you will be scaling losses.

The second is related to your ability to sell the product to your potential customers. Metric C1 is related to this process.
