Unit economics and Goldratt's theory of constraints allow us to identify a growth point, a process whose improvement will generate more profit at the lowest cost of improving the process.

While they do identify areas for improvement, they do not provide detailed instructions on how to implement these changes. 

o address the question of how to enhance a business process, we propose the hypothesis that a specific action or decision on our part will result in process improvement. If this hypothesis is validated, we can proceed with process enhancement and initiate the process afresh.
