Two-Sided Platform Business Model

Some businesses have a specific business model, which I call the two-sided model. The essence of the model is that the business produces a product for the consumer, while the customer of the business is a third party who pays the business for what others demand.

The simplest example of this model is the advertising model. When a site has users who use the project for free, such as cards, and earn cards from advertisers who pay for other people to use the cards.

A more complex unit economics is used to describe such a model, which you can read about on my blog.
